The space

What's at Bannock Street.

A real industrial unit — roughly 800 SF of open warehouse floor plus a range of private offices, built out as a shared platform hub for trade and service businesses.

Warehouse bay

~800 SF of open concrete floor — floor drain, 12'+ ceiling, a 10×10 drive-in roll-up door for load-in and load-out, plus a separate walk-in entrance.

Assigned storage footprint

A marked 4×4 floor footprint, stackable to 6'. Need more? We'll quote it. Bring your own shelving or lockable cage — or we'll source it. You own the storage; you license the floor.

Work surfaces

Shared work surfaces — workbenches, a production counter, desks, and a conference table — for staging, prep, assembly, finishing, and meetings. Surfaces vary; availability is booked on a shared calendar, and reserved time starts at Tier 3.

Private offices

Private office space, separate from the warehouse floor and now including additional offices on the second floor — available on a shared or fully dedicated basis.

Business address

A real commercial address — not a P.O. box, not your home. Use it for Google Business, licensing, banking, and business cards. Free mail and light-parcel handling included.

Private network + guest WiFi

Free guest WiFi in the common area for everyone. Working operators can add a private, named network — built and managed by Goodnight Electronics.

Shared kitchenette

Mini fridge, microwave, counter space. A place to eat lunch — which is exactly right for how we work.

Smart access control

Keypad entry with a unique code per operator. 24/7 access on Tier 2 and up; Tier 1 runs 9am–5pm M–F, with 24/7 available as a $50 add-on.

Signage & directory

Your business name on the RebelBuilt directory, free with every tier. Want more presence? Door signage is available for a set-up fee, and exterior marquee signage can be quoted.
